Project Overview
This project was developed after a detailed analysis of the Argentinian beverage delivery market.

Market Findings

We found that two main apps, Pedidos Ya and Rappi, dominate the market for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink orders.

Existing Competitors
Although there are other services like FullEscabio focused specifically on alcoholic beverages and claiming greater efficiency, their user experience is severely lacking:
- Most rely on outdated e-commerce interfaces,
- Their UI lacks brand identity and is difficult to use,
- Some don’t even have mobile versions.
Because of this poor experience, users tend to choose Pedidos Ya or Rappi instead, even if it means paying slightly more or choosing from a less diverse catalog.

Business Opportunity

FullEscabio was identified as the brand with the most potential to compete. The challenge was to revamp its platform into a familiar, user-friendly shopping experience with a clearly defined brand presence.
My Contributions
As an experienced developer, I was able to rapidly help identify which characteristics visually compose Full Escabio's brand, both visually and as a shopping Application. I was also a key part of the Quality Assesment process once all designs were completed, since I'm already very familiar with some Design Patterns and what the user expects from an application such as the one being designed. Having a sharp eye for details, I was able to catch many inconsistencies and pushed towards following a clean and clear path towards finalizing the shopping process.
